Shipping Policy

Canadian Customers:

Orders $0-$49: Standard shipping rates apply by carrier. 

$100+ order: Free shipping within Canada

We do our best to ship all products within 2 days of your order.

All products are shipped from Ontario Canada

U.S. Customers:

Flat rate shipping at $15 USD for all U.S. orders

NOTE: Shipments to the United States may result in customs and brokerage fees to be paid by the purchaser.  Shipment delays may occur at the border therefore shipping times are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy:

If the product you ordered has no defects and is in working order however you've changed your mind on the purchase, we will gladly refund your money. Please note, in this situation you the purchaser will have to ship the unused item back to us at your shipping cost.  Once the item is inspected by us and you qualify for a refund we will do so promptly.
