Shipping policy

All orders shipped will be calculated in Canadian dollars.

All orders will be shipped using Canada Post and will include a tracking number.

All Orders over $150 before tax will be eligible for free shipping (Canada Only)

We do our best to ship all products within 2 days of your order.

All products are shipped from Ontario Canada

If the product you ordered has no defects and is in working order however you've changed your mind on the purchase, we will gladly refund your money. Please note, in this situation you the purchaser will have to ship the unused item back to us at your shipping cost.  Once the item is inspected by us and you qualify for a refund we will do so promptly. 

Shipments to the United States may result in extra duties, tariffs and brokerage fees to be paid by the purchaser.  Should you decline the parcel from the shipping carrier you are responsible for ALL cost required to ship back to our Tackle Outfit Canada location. Shipment delays may occur at the border therefore shipping times are not guaranteed.
